When I got limited. If you have any credit cards linked to motherfucking paypal account. You have to type in credit card details. That's how I got my paypal unlimited.

I got limited a few months ago for having too much money come in, yea.... I got unlimited, withdrew it all, called them and said "fuck you," and closed my account.

You can do it almost instantly if you call them.
