so when i try to send money on paypal, no matter how much the payment is and what im sending as it will not send
I have never had this problem with any of my others before this one
this is the error message im getting http://gyazo.com/8c2e8231110dd7fe30aa9e0dda34a90a and dont tell me to contact them because they will just make my account limited because im not old enough for a paypal, and there not my details on the account. if anyone can help fix this just hmu on kik - menu

Try using TOR, if that doesn't work go onto a VPN or something. Happened with me, once I was on a VPN it was okay.

Going on tor or a vpn will lock your account.... Don't do it.

I've encountered the same problem when I've held money for one of my friends and sent it back, I tried sending it via PayPal app and it didn't work then tried it from there site on my phone and it worked, if not try it the other way around.

its still not working that way, i have no idea but its really pissing me off haha, could it be because its a new paypal and so much has gone into it in a few days ?

Yeah they have detected something with your account, either it is linked to a limited account, the details used matched with a limited account, someone has reported a payment to paypal something along these lines. Even though they do not limit right away you may see your account limited soon.

Happened to me when I used to do a lot of ebay scams and shit. Every paypal account I made displayed this message. The only way I stopped it was when my ISP finally changed my IP.

I mean only way to fix it is by contacting them. Age dosnt matter they only ask for ur Name and shit.

Just done this, i had to phone them up they said because it was a large payment from a new paypal the security was stopping it, im just glad i was able to get all my money into a new paypal incase mine gets limited like usualy, also thanks to everyone that helped, closing this thread now
