So yesterday, EAF charged back £120 via PayPal. I am trying to resolve the chargeback but when I click "resolve claim", 3 boxes appear;

1. I have posted the item and I can provide proof that the item was posted through an approved postal service to the address on the Transaction Details page.

2. I have not posted the item and I will refund the payment.

3. I have refunded the payment for this transaction.

But yesterday, there was a forth box that said 'neither of these'. As it was virtual goods, (RSGP), none of the above boxes are correct, so what do I do, as that box is no longer there to tick..?

Just go ahead with option 1

For the number 1 option he'll be asked for a tracking ID

Then just say that it was virtual goods.
I won both disputes I had against me. Just talk to Paypal first, and keep iterating that they received the goods.

extremly hard to win a dispute with virtual goods..

1) Take a shit in a box.
2) Send it to him.
3) Give paypal tracking number.
4) High chance of cash back.
5) Send him more shit.
