I have a $20 Moneypak card and when I came to use it to add money
to my paypal, it required my private information that I do not have(
ssn) because I'm only 15 and my parents keep that info secret. So, I
need a really legit person with 25+ vouches or a MOD/ Admin to use
the moneypak card, withdraw the money to their paypal and then send
me the money via paypal. Can anyone trusted(25+ vouches) or
Admin/MOD do this?
