Payed for a Gamertag change, but didn't receive it.

[font=Verdana, Arial, sans-serif]So I basically payed 10$ to change my GT, it shows up on the purchases and I got a email, but my gamertag didn't even change, I even signed in on the xbox and nothing.[/font]

xbox 360 has been fucking up for me the past few days, that may be why

call their support line and explain. they will see the purchase on the account but no gamertag change

Alright, just fixed the issue, I guess they where having maintenance and thats why they could change my GT, I got a refund, and was able to change my tag
