Well as some of you might know, I was scammed by Chinese gold sellers. The thread about it is now deleted. Anyways, I just received the email that paypal couldn't find enough evidence. So now, I'm out $500 bucks. This is stupid.
 
Which site was it they scammed you?

And damn what did you say in the paypal dispute? Try again That wouldn't hurt
 
Well I told them that it was an unauthorized transaction by my cousin, who lives with me. He even told them that he did it. Then, I even told them that he didn't receive what he paid for.

Call paypal and throw a bitchfit
They can't say thats not enough evidence What else could you have...
 
Call your bank and make them refund the payment, Paypal will contact the bank, the bank will explain, Paypal HAVE to oblige.
 
I would do that, but then that would mean that my cousin could get in trouble? Should I just tell them I was scammed, and forget the part about my cousin?
 
Well I ordered 770m from that website. I went on live chat, and they told me to go to a world and west varrock bank. When I logged in, there was like 3 different people pming me asking if I sold gold. I didn't know which one was the right one, so I went to live chat again, and asked for the person to trade. Well there were two people messaging me now saying that I ordered 770m and that they were going to call my number. They had already called so I was like, why do you need to call? You already did. So someone insisted that they call me and talk me through the trade. They called, knew my information that I supplied, so I thought they were legit. They proceeded to tell me that they needed to come on my account to give me the gold. I argued for about 10 minutes, and finally gave in. I traded my mask set, and santa to my cousin before they got on. They still got my third age armour and 86m cash stake that I had. Oh, and I never got the 770m. They also dropped my torso and fire cape.
 
Wow that sucks but I definitely would have used a more trusted gold site
