Well...
I struggle very hard in school to pay attention, and I really am looking for something that I can buy online to help me focus.
Not looking for anything illegal, but over the counter. (OTC)
Also, is there anything I can take to improve my energy or mood? I need something to keep me awake, and another to keep me happy.

I was thinking of 5HTP for my mood.

I use tramadol when I feel like shit and it helps me feel good and want to learn. It is weird because it is like Vicodin except different. It is made for pain though.

Ask your friends, I am sure they have some adderall.

If you were to rate how much more focused you are, what would you rate it? Out of 10 by the way.
Just wondering because my focus is shit and I often get off track.

You should consider trying some natural supplements; they are surprisingly affective.

Zinc, Iron, Fish-oil, Chia, Echinacea..

Well I don't really like school learning stuff and there was a map next to me and I started memorizing all of the countries and stuff it was weird. It was better than adderall.

Thank you, I will try that for sure.

Could these come in pill form or some shit? Are they more effective than actual meds?

The supplements above do come in 'pill' form.

More pronounced results can be achieved via OTC products, however, these medications can cause irreversible damage to both your liver and kidney. 'Natural' supplements are beneficial for anyone looking for long-term treatment.

Mainly looking to use it during exams, not really anything else.
Can you link me to some natural supplements?

Well there is the obvious adderall. But I hear natural supplements like @balfour mentioned work wonders.

I honestly know no one that takes adderall.
Does it work well for people who don't really need it?

Give the first two a try, you can't really go wrong with those.

Always keep your eye out for fish-oil and Ginkgo, as they are the two very best brain stimulants.
I Google'd long term effects and there is all kinds of answers. I guess we will see...
