I like it a lot, the detail and the overall figure shape is very good. The only two things that really need work are the hands.
The hands proportion compared to the body seems small and with the right one (his right, our left) too wide for how short the palm appears.
Also, they needs to be doing something, right now it looks like they are kind of just floating there without a purpose.

I know. I had purpose in mind, but then I got sick of seeing my own crotch and didn't finish. /shot

I've actually been actively looking for poses that let me work on hands. Hopefully they'll be better next time. *sob*

Yeah, hands are hard. For my art class last Thursday we had to draw hands and... god I did horribly. If I had a scanner, I would upload and post it, but I don't at the moment. x.x

I've gotten sooo much better, though. I'm so glad I stopped finding cheap ways to hide them. Even crappy hands look better than obviously hidden hands.​

I have to agree, I remember when I was like... 11 and would draw random characters, I used to just draw them in robes so I wouldn't have to actually draw the hands, just lumps defining the arms.

Haha, yeah. I did the in the pockets, behind the back, or hidden except for a tiny bitty bit behind hair or something. xD​
