I did some digging around and apparently this application was released in november of last year.
It's starting to pick up some little credibility now though because some people are promoting it.

I actually sold a bundle of 120 accounts to someone on here for $60 the user i think is banned, but yeah they are worth something currently, depending on what you have people will go for it.
