He told me he has a debit card to his PP all he has to do is verify with the bank account then he can transfer funds back and forth.

um... usually shitty tags or overpriced tags stay on the market. Good tags, with a reasonable BIN get sold instantly :p. Personal experience.

If you're being serious you and the buyer should kys. Also, he has gotten higher offers so it's not like he couldn't sell. If you sold a semi for $390 this is definitely $600+ in this shit market.

I never said his tag wasn't worth 600$ it definitely is, but i just found it weird that he couldn't sell it for 600, so he raised the bin tis all.
