I don't believe ixam is offshore, and if it is, I'd watch out if you are going to do anything that has to do with Hack Forums as the owner of that hosting company is a member of HF

Ixam is hosted by an HF member, so I'd be careful, as Yiff said. I believe they do have off-shore though.
And I used great off-shore host a few months back. DDoS protected, extremely fast, allows nulled software, etc.. I'd have to ask my friend the link for the site though, I don't remember it. :-/

But Ixam is a legit company, so I wouldn't worry to much,
plus I have been with Ixam for a year now, uptime is much better.

Well thanks for telling me that I will for sure not be using them then. I probably would have found out anyways while researching them. I would never host at a hf members company. I have a place in mind atm its, http://www.ccihosting.com
