I just lost a few brain cells reading that 0.o you make no reference to what he is putting '1,000 up' for. You don't have that amount of money, or you wouldn't scam for 10$ and have to post your youtube on a " Forum Website". There's a log out button, I advise you to use it.

The deal did not go down like that.

The user asked him to make a set of GFX and he made them. He then asked him to re-make it and he did.

Then he refused to pay for it.

I call that a scam.
 
Dude says it went down like that, if it didn't maybe noise should've filed a proper scam report and it would've been dealt with.
