Well I reverted to silver until I could get a 1 month and then when I applied it, my tenure was still missing.

My tenure dissapeared awhile ago too. Mine came back after about a week. I don't know how tenure works but I think it should come back.

I think tenure only lasts for how many consecutive years your account has had LIVE, although I may be wrong. I've never kept a tag for over a year, and I've never purchased one that had any tenure, so I'm not sure.

My tenure dissapeared awhile ago too. Mine came back after about a week. I don't know how tenure works but I think it should come back.

I hope so... Would kinda suck if it was gone forever.

How long did it take? Been 2 days and it's still not there.

I signed out, signed in, turned off xbox, turned it on, signed in, wasn't there, deleted profile,redownloaded, signed in, bam it appeared

A: Call microsoft and complain. You can get anything, just ass lick a bunch.
B: redownload your profile to your xbox.

I would call Xbox first.
