Non-Upgraded members should vouch

Honestly I think this is getting old. I trade with non-upgraded members often, and this is dumb how they can't vouch.

That is true before I was not upgraded I thought You could vouch but you can't and Yes thats true would if do an offer and there not upgraded then you dot get vouch

I think Philly should add a Captcha for vouches. I've done around 10 deals where the other couldn't vouch because he wasn't upgraded. :-/

i agree. i have done deals with alot of non-upgraded members. and they couldnt vouch for me.

i personally think all vouches should be reviewed by Staff before posted.
it would stop people from posting fake negs, and spamming negatives or positives.

That's dumb as fuck then you're pretty much implying you only do deals to get your vouch count up.

I want to get my vouch count up in deals. I dislike when they can't vouch me for a big deal. I'll do deals with non-upgraded members, I just prefer that they could vouch me.

Totally understand. And I know where you're coming from, I feel the same way occasionally. Honestly, Philly needs to let regulars vouch.

When I find time to add a captcha I will allow reg member's to vouch again, and also take away nute, and neg vouches, i also have to edit the colors to work with both the dark and light versions.
