That's close, lol. I'm not near high enough level to take him on, maybe in the future! Best of luck getting that cape as well.

He is the boss in Nomad's Requiem. You need to kill him to complete the quest. The rewards you get around 100 zeals and get a Soul Wars Cape which gives the highest prayer bonus in the game.
