Suspended accounts and Error Coded accounts are 2 different things. To help you understand. An Error Code screenname means that the permissions for logins on AIM clients and web browsers has been stripped away by AOL's ITSec team, however this does not include the AOL client. Do you understand so far? Where as an account that was suspended means thats they are knowing banned from ALL services meaning web browsers, AIM and AOL clients. However there are hundreds of different types of suspensions given whether for spamming, fraud, hacking, etc.

Error Code = Sign on Rejected
Suspended = Sign on Blocked

Well Philly and Quad are both suspended cause you get 403 errors everywhere you go. I am pretty sure XBL Philly has the same issue

I still get texts when my 'buddies' aim Quad lol

Would you like to know why? You have set up mobile forwarding. Meaning that your account will still be able to send/receive IMs through a third pary system your phone. Quad really isn't considered to be online, as the messages are just getting forwarded bypassing login protocols.

Think of it like this, the Mobile acts as an Answering Machine from when you aren't online to check messages. Now if you can't sign on and answer them directly that means the answering machine is online forever. Now with his account being suspended this won't work for him.
