i would be willing to work out an amount of money for this... I'm pretty sure it already exists but I cant seem to find it.
What im looking for is to have somewhere where you can enter the twitter account details for the login, your first and last name, and shoe size. Then it would need to refresh a certain twitter account name (for example @nikeLA) and when the tweet is sent out it would need to take the hashtag that is on the tweet along with the entered information (shoe size, first and last name) and send it to that account with a direct message.
It doesn't matter to me what programming language is used, but it should be preferably easy to use and have a decent interface
