I'm actually starting to think that we should stick to a light theme unless we are getting completely new badges.

Either way, it would be best to stick with one color. Having both will mess with most animated images and all the current userbars.

One last thing: You need to update your AIM.

You can't make the background of a .gif image transparent if it has some sort of shadow or glow.

Transparent defaults to white.

GIFs also waste a ton of bandwidth too, since you don't have a sig limit or anything.

I think we should make the top part of the post bit (where the badge and username is) white on the dark version too. I think that would fix the issue, and we would still get a dark theme.

Also, what about text color? Will the default on the light one be different than on the black one?

Just wait and you will see its a waste of time to explain. Lastly gifs that are not transparent will not be allowed plain and simple.

Is the logo going to stay the same for that specific skin, or will you make a new logo for it?

I'm going to hate seeing all of the gifs in all of the groups go away. They look so nice. :/

About half of the groups have some sort of animation including Onyx and Power...
