I have been smoking for about 6 years, to hard to quit.

Why not use nicotine patches or gum? My cousin recently quit and he has been smoking for around 10 years (Cigarettes). Instead of smoking cigs he bought a hookah pen with Nicotine in it and used that instead. It took him a couple weeks to get used to it but now thats the only thing he smokes. It has less nicotine and is some what healthier for you.

It's only hard if you make it. Do something to take your mind off of it, like gaming or something like that. If you don't quit soon, you'll regret it.
