New xbox update problem?

Has anyone had this? Error code ending in C000 - 0034 which basically doesn't allow the update to go through. "Can't read the update from your storage device", one idiot told me I had to do it through a usb since I couldn't delete the update, didn't work, the reference number he gave me was for some purchasing problem, the other idiot told me it was because so many people were trying to update, that it would be resolved soon, haven't seen anyone else with it. Any of you?
