New xbox, any help?

First off, I wasn't sure where to post this so if this in the wrong section please move it!

Anyways, I got my new xbox today (I was CB'd) and I am soo stoked to play.

When I got home I set everything up and went to download one of my old accounts but I had something weird happen.

There was already an account download. I bought it at Walmart so maybe someone returned it?

Well, whatever happened, I am happy it did! It is an amazing account and has tons of good stats. The only probably is, it was on 10 days ago and I am not sure how to change the info by the time he gets back on or whatever.

If someone could please help me secure this, that would be awesome!

You'd need the email and password to change the account info.

I think the only other option would be to call Microsoft and tell them you forgot your email but you know the serial number on your xbox or something like that.

Leave it alone, if it's still active then just delete the account and let it be. You're trying to take some dudes main that he's probably worked hard on. You might as well be a turboer, you're essentially doing a similar thing, except instead of just the tag, you want the whole account. You bought an xbox, not a console + Good main bundle. What are you going to do with the account? probably re-sell it. Greedy. as. fuck.

95% of the stuff sold here was taken from someone at some point.
Call and say you'd like to edit your account info, but can't remember your password to xbl or email. I'm in the same boat, just I'm lazy. Get as much info possible before calling.
