Hey FK,

I'm new around here! 

I stumbled upon this website when one of my friends over at HF recommended it here.

Just a quick 'Hi, nice to meet you all' post right here.

I play rugby (It's essentially American Football without the pads and throwing the ball forward) in the National leagues so I'm quite a bit of a gym freak that likes to game! 
If any of you guys have questions about the gym,nutrition (calories, Macros etc) or you're stuck and not seeing results pm me and i will try to help
