New Superior Userbar

So, since Philly has been more lenient on groups userbars lately (by that I mean he is letter them be more customized), Uzi wanted me to make a new Superior userbar. This is what I've come up with so far:

v2 (After Superior Group Member Suggestions):

v3 (Faded Icon, Philly's requirement):

I tried to use the same effect we have right now, but I added a few things to it.

I want to know if you guys like it, and I also want you all to give me any ideas on how I could make it better.

If anything I like the original one better. The first one looks better than the second. I can't really give you advice on a future one since I don't have experience with userbars.
