As you know they is many things you can do to improve. but since your new i like how you blurred the tree to try and add more focal to the face. i also like your font choice. keepin it clean
Pretty good for a beginner. You should add a stroke or boarders, so it doesn't feel like I'm missing part of the picture. Plus, boarders look good to me.
