I've installed the modification "New Points" to the website. This should help us in many aspects.

You can see how you obtain points here http://marketforums.org/newpoints.php

Administrators can give you points for any reason also.

Prizes will be won for users with many points

People can ask for donations yeah. It's up to the users whether they want to donate. Staff will only give out awards when the user deserves it. I.E HQ posting.

VIP will be given more points per post/thread, as for giving VIP to those with that amount of points that's a great idea. Will make a post announcing that when the VIP group/section is finished.

Not yet, haven't found that. I'm hoping to, if we can't I'll make a thread offering prizes etc.

Thank you very much. I'll have to upgrade our current NewPoints modification when I get time. I'll install this soon, when it's needed. I'll discuss it with the other Admins.
