New password generator

I've been working on a password generator for the past hour and finally got something worth showing, obviously there is a lot more I can do with this but I am probably going to wait until I think of a site name and find a domain to move it to before implementing anything else. Code needs cleaning up a little too.

Pretty simple and clean interface. You could add the option for the user to choose how many characters they want their password to be and then generate it based on that but I don't know if you'd want to do that.

I was considering this, but I want to keep the complexity chooser tabs in there. I may possibly add an additional options slider with this kinda stuff in?

Another thing I was considering is allowing users to sign up, generate passwords for different accounts they own and save them all in their user dashboard. Not sure about this though, didn't really think users would want that kinda stuff on the web in case their account was compromised and having all of their passwords taken. Thinking more on that idea though, the dashboard could display 'generate new' buttons for each account they have and then instead of displaying their saved password it could have the option to send the reminder of it to them in an email.

A slider would be neat. I mean you could keep it simple and have it the slider go up by increments or something like that.

Thanks for your idea! I just put the slider in for a sec and it looked awesome, I'll put it back in later once I have time to make it function properly.

I just added a feature which allows you to generate passwords which are more memorable for those who don't like having to write their passwords down or saving them in a file. This basically generates two random words followed by 2 numbers, an example would be something like "DemonCat23".

I don't know what to call this page in the tab system, so for now I have just made the page but not included a link to it from the index. You can view it at the link below, I will be adding to the word list throughout the week.

Yeah, not sure what to label it as though.

Edit: I just added it under 'Dictionary' label for now, if anyone has any better suggestions on what to name it then feel free to shoot them my way.

Nobody else seems to be experiencing any problems. Every time I go to the page the number of passwords generated has gone up which, to me, indicates that others are using it.

You can try clearing your cache, if that is an option for you. Sorry that I read the PM before I read your reply to this thread, otherwise I would have just sent this in the PM.
