It's not confirmed on who it is, but by his look, names mentioned (like Paz from MGS: Peace Walker where you play as Naked) and the fact that he has an eye-patch, I think it's safe to call him Big Boss. This definitely takes place before 4, as Big Boss died in 4 (). Apparently this is the "prologue" to MGS5 which I figure will either pick up with Solid or more Snake's will be born through Naked's DNA.
