There's a new jailbreak tweak that allows for Spotify unlimited. I found it on reddit, but it's removed now. Luckily, I remembered the source.

This should work on the latest version of Spotify, currently it is v2.00 as of thread date. All you need to have is just the Spotify app installed, configure the source on Cydia, and download the tweak "BdaySpotify". Have fun!
