@Plague I am from the UK therefor i would use the correct grammar in my country so it is except, i may revoke the award, i know that @Sector in my opinion is not a rep whore or a 'ass kisser' but yes i will revoke the award from @Narc and @Leader if i need to. So far people have posted on this thread just saying their friends or them self's, those three people were the most chosen user's that were not just 'user's friends'. I am going to speak to a few members that i think are pretty high quality (will be giving them the award) and see exactly who i should give/revoke the award from, thanks for the feedback.
 
Sorry I didn't know that, guess I learnt something new, and I appreciate it. I would personally like to recommend @Lethal though. He is a very legit guy and never had a problem with him. Glad to see that you are keeping it all updated though.

I'll weigh in with my opinion of "HQ". HQ is determined by a particular mindset, one of "This forum and it's best interests over my own", that means, to me, not intentionally doing anything that would otherwise harm the forum in any way shape or form. Or at least trying your very best to avoid doing do.

That is truly what being high quality is about. It's not about how many people like you, it's not about how many dicks you suck, it's not about how long and detailed your threads are your post count, none of that.
