Never Received Onyx :/

I bought Onyx last night at around 3:00 am. It's 4:00 pm now. So when should i receive my upgrade?

Doesn't look like Philly has been online, he will give you your onyx when he is online.

Very untrue. He just recently had a baby and he most definitely cannot make a living off of the groups and awards he sells on FK. The site costs are growing every month and he doesn't sell nearly enough groups or awards to make a living.

Yeah, he had the baby sometime in March or April, I forget when. He made a thread about it, going into more detail.

OT: Glad to see you have Onyx now, but you should really learn to read. All upgrades are done manually and therefore can take up to 48 hours to be applied. Be patient next time you buy a donator award or upgrade to power.
