Stats I am going to need

1. 50 attack
2. 99 strength
3. 1 defence
4. 94+ mage
5. 13 prayer
6. And all other stats for dt

Where should I start?

Start with the Strength and Attack

Magic is easy to get and Low risk on ban
So save that for last or second last

Level 10 Slayer, 50 Firemaking, 50 Magic, 53 Thieving


Also needed to defeat level 150

It is low-risk ban.

By saying you got banned it just proves that it isn't no-risk ban.

Low-risk means there is a risk, just it's low, you happened to fall into the category of the unlucky.
