Need Some Help Coding A Checker

I got one of my friends to code me a checker and he said that there is one error and he doesn't have the time to fix it
I have all of the code in a pastebin that i will link to you
He didn't specify if it filters through banned users but i am pretty sure it does
If you help me you will get this program and be my best friend forever
THE CHECKER IS DONE IT JUST HAS ONE ERROR

Im sorry do you think yoy know?  A 404 is thrown at unclaimed and banned pages. Api also returns null. Please stfu.
