Okay, lets say you sold someone a youtube. and it was made before 2009, which mean it has an OG pw. And in the sales thread, several members clearly stated it might get taken back. But the person that buys it completely ignores that, and in the sales thread it clearly says you are not responsible for what ever happens after you sell it.

Now lets say after you sell it, the person says they have secured it, and thanks you, leaves you a vouch and all of that.
Then the Youtube gets taken back, and the person knows who took it, or who had the OG pw at least.

Who should be accountable here?
I feel that if the buyer knew it had an OG pw, it is completely his fault.
The buyer is demanding a refund even though I don't have money.
We also agreed on me giving him about 1/4 of the money and he'd be fine with that. But he now claims he only agreed to that because I somehow "threaned" to fuck his paypal up if he chargebacked. (I don't even know how to do that lol)

Should he be refunded? Keep in mind he bought a youtube that was created before '09 knowing it had an OG pw and everyone on the thread said it had one. And keep in mind I am working with him right now to solve this.
Just need to know what people think.

TL;DR - Should someone be refunded for a youtube they bought even knowing it might get taken back?

He should not be refunded. There is a reason a thread is made, and that is for providing information.

If you said that its not your problem after its sold, then it aint your problem

I agree.

If he should be refunded, then I should be refunded about $50 from the site owner.
I bought a couple twitters and they have all been taking back. But I understand it wasn't him and it's not his fault. So I'm not hitting him up everyday demanding refunds.
