Need Logo & Background | Paying

Title says all basically. I have recently created a website which I need an extremely good looking Logo & Background. Will discuss more details on Skype but it's for VB3 (maybe VB4).

Good luck finding this! If you mean a theme when you say background then I'd message Kyle on here cause I've heard he makes them.
