I believe you're looking for a gamerpic injector? I read a thread about some guy offering to do this for 5 bucks using the program Horizon. I'll do some digging and try to find it for you.

You can't use a Gamer-Pic Injector with your iPhone.

Alright thanks bro. And yeah I know i can't use horizon on my phone. I would pay someone to do it but i would only pay them like 0.50 cents if that and that kinda kills the point.
