Need Help

Hey guys,
I've been having an issue with my TurtleBeaches so I sent them an email
regarding it. They sent me an email to show proof. I took the pictures with my camera and put the memory stick into my laptop. But, I always get an error saying

Status: 5.2.3
X-Display-Name: Turtle Beach Tech Support


So they told me to resize the pictures. Noob question but how do you resize the pictures? I don't have Photoshop and if I try to use GIMP 2, it says there is nothing in the folder. Would appreciate some help.

Not too sure about emailing them , but I can suggest looking up tutorials or taking them to your local game store for repair , that's what I did.

Use paint on your computer. Just change the size of it, save it and send it to him.​
