Hello, I'm trying to uninstall the havoc DLC on xbox one but I am unsure how, really would appreciate help, Thanks.

Just go to call of duty game in the Games and Apps section, press start on it, manage game, and itll show you the content for the game; including all dlc. Uninstall from there,
