need help with my gaming setup

recently got the black magic intensity pro, pc is fine for it btw, basically i have one monitor and a 360 slim, which is hdcp protected apparently so i cant use the hdmi in and out connections. Basically what is the best way to get this bitch to work with one monitor and a slim? Thanks dont reply if you dont know what youre talking about lol my patience is wearing thing right now thanks though if you help me in any way!

I've got a black magic intensity pro capture card in my desktop all works fine but I've got the xbox slim which is hdcp protected which disables the use of the hdmi in/out ports. first question is this true? Secondly I have one monitor I want to play and record with. So to explain, my xbox and computer are played off the same screen. So could you guys tell me how I could get recording with just one monitor? Thanks so much for any help. you guys have always been helpful thanks if you try and help.
