Need Help With My Account

Okay, so short and simple, i made a xbox account 6 years ago. At the time i was gullible to believe that my life could be ruined if i put in actual information for my account and someone stole it. So i put a fake email, which i know what that is, a fake password and fake everything else. Fast forward to now. They (Microsoft) Is really pushing for the security check for your account. Now im screwed cause i cant even sign in. In what ways can i trick xbox support into giving me my information? If i knew some hacker id have him just change it all, but im new here and im the most tech savy person for 100 miles where i live. lol. Someone please help me, i just want to continue getting achievements on it.

Maybe if you can provide the original email and password, and the original console's serial they can do something. They reset some random account I had about 5 months ago.

thats the shitty part, i dont know the password just the email. :/ im looking for a way to hack it myself now but i might try and call them, see if i can work some magic. Thanks for the advice though
