Call of Duty Need help with black ops!

So I bought Black Ops on my xbox 360 and want to play on a different account. Is there any way I can do this? 

Whenever I sign out of the account I bought the game on, it brings me to the dashboard.

licence transfer it, if you dont know how to do it then just look on youtube

License transfer it to the account you want to play it on but you can only do this once every couple months.
I also think there may be a way to do it with having 2 controllers and both profiles signed in.
