NEED HELP REALLY BAD

Ok guys so recently. I paid a guy with a 1 Month of XBL for him to hook me up with pizza. He carded it and ordered it for me. Anyways. My mom found out and is freaking out. The address and name for the order was under my name and address and I signed the receipt and left a $3 tip. I knew it was carded. Anyways. If this all gets traced back. To I get in trouble or does the person who ordered it for me get in trouble. If someone shows up at my house, what do I say so I can't get in trouble. Please help me. I'm honestly worried that I'm going to get into trouble for credit card fraud. I didn't even place the order. I never ordered the pizza. A friend from twitter did. Need feedback ASAP please

You wouldnt get in trouble. Just say you paid a guy online with a xbox card because you had no money. I doubt they will trace you out of the Thousands of people who do it.
