Just wondering how long it stays in your blood if you take 3 puffs because I need a blood check for my annual in 1 week!

Please I don't want the doctor to fuck me up on front my parents! I need serious answers.

Reason I smoked: these kids forced me to and they would be my "boys" for cover.

I used to be that one kid who would do everything my friends would tell me to do due to peer pressure, then I manned the fuck up, started football and I just got more tough than before, and the main reason why I wanted to get tougher was due to the reason they wouldn't shut the fuck up about me smoking with them. I have some other friends that I like talking to who doesn't smoke and we're chill and all. My other friend used to be a dealer until he joined our football team, so yeah, some of my friends stopped smoking for sports, which is what you should do.

if you dont smoke a lot, it could take up to a week. Sweat a lot and drink a lot of water, it will help. But if you smoke a lot, it usually takes 2-3 weeks to get fully out of your system. hoped this helped

Normally takes 28 days to get out of your system.
I have personally passed a drug test with in a week or two and im the same body type as you.
the more you sweat and drink water the better off you are.
also look into niacin at a gnc or other vitamin shop
but as long as you steadily drink water, gatorade, etc you should sweat it out and be fine.
