Need help building

I am in search of a new laptop or desktop, but haven't found much worth my time and was wondering if anyone could help me build a decent computer to play minecraft, record, and play other games. I HIGHLY suggest you raise your budget, such a low-end core, especially without a GPU, is going to STRUGGLE to handle any gaming.

Not necessarily, it entirely depends on the laptop. Also - Desktops are cheaper and better in almost every regard besides size, so I'd be steering him towards a desktop he builds himself over a laptop.

Where did this talking about me watching porn come into me building a computer? But I'm thinking of getting a laptop just for easier use and some laptops are cheap & good.
