Need eBay help

So, I listed something on eBay, someone bought it but their money hasn't come to my PayPal. I click a drop down menu on the order details, and it says; "View PayPal Purchase", I click it and it says I need to go on my history logs, and when I do, it's not there.. What do I do?
 

There is a few choices:

1. Issue the buyer a refund, and notify them that you are having PP issues and that for the purchase, they will need to re-send the money.

2. Ask the buyer to send the money once more, and if they were double-charged, issue the second payment as a refund until you fix the issue.
 
If your a first time seller you wont get the money untill the item ships.

Now, that makes more sense. What if I'm putting his address into a website, and they ship it?

You need to get the tracking number and then enter the number into paypal.
 
Even if you are a first time seller it'll still show. However, it'll be pending until the buyer has stated they received the product or if they just leave it for a period of time.
 
It is on the buyers part, either he hasn't paid for it or he decided to cancel the purchase.
