Need An Acc Unbanned

So, I recovered this account and it was locked with one last appeal so I did it and it was denied. The account is now permanently banned without anymore appeals. If someone knows how to get the account re-instated and unbanned I would gladly pay you.

I will pay 20m or more if someone can get this unbanned. I know there are people who can do this so if you aren't willing to do it, don't post in the thread please.

I know but there are some people who are really good at doing it and know exactly what to say to get the account unbanned.

I was just thinking of how stupid I was. Recovered the account from 04 and it has 97m EXP or more. Maybe some hefty emails to Jagex could save me. Even though they never email you back anyways.

You can still get it back in other ways though so not all hope is lost
