Sorry dude, that woudn't work. When you use Horizon you make your own gamer picture pack, put it on a usb, and then put the usb stick in your xbox. That's how you get gamerpictures from Horizon. It's not like you make your custom picture pack on Horizon and then your able to download it to your profile, it's just on your xbox. Technically not your profile, so someone else couldn't make the picture pack for you and then you able to recover your acount and have them on your xbox.
