As requested by @"mountain dew" and @user

Tell me how the graphics side of FK is doing and I might join back as an active artist.

RE: Low Poly Background - Boredom

This actual looks pretty dope IMO. You can start a really nice theme with pictures like this. And if you don't mind me asking how did u make it?

RE: Low Poly Background - Boredom

you need better lighting .-.

and not a huge fan of how many polygons there are for a "low poly" piece.

Cinema 4D and a little Photoshop CS6.

No need to act sarcastic, it's serious critique. The grass has way too much going on, perhaps too many segments when displaced? As for the lighting, you have some spots that are bright, and other areas that are pure black.

Today's lesson for the day is: shadows.

Do you know what shadows are?

Um isn't that for the shadows?
OP: I think you should use a flatter color for the grass, the color reminds me of a LQ video game.
maybe something from http://www.flatuicolorpicker.com/
other then that looks amazing.

I like how you went for the realism of where the shadow hits, but it a tad bit too dark in some places.

Yo this is actually pretty cool. You should make a channel with more videos related to this.
