Members have the glow from usergroups. None of them are open but you can apply.

Oh you can also get the glow from Donator and Onyx upgrades.

Try applying for the 'Gamers' group and the 'Modders' group. They are usually the best groups to apply for if you're new, especially if you're interested in gaming.
