Mysterious white Van..

So since yesterday afternoon. There has been a white van with really limo tint windows in front of my neighbors place but half way in front of mine. I thought it was my neighbor but it's not. Yesterday around 6 I saw a guy in all black get out. It looks like one of those vans that gather information like a FBI van. Should I think anything of it? Or nah. Shits sketchy Bruh :/
