Hope everyone is doing well

I have a question about myBB and think it relates to a Mod (which I'm unable to find).

How can you make it so that Moderators can edit the usergroup of a member without the need for access to the ACP.

I don't think this is possible without access to ACP and the "Usergroup/Users" option.

Really? I swear I was reading somewhere (last year) that this can be done, but requires a plugin.

I don't think you can do this. 

I remember when I was staff on a Forum (IKR brain exploded) and I could never find out how.

I know on 1.6 you can't do this without access to the ACP and Usergroups tabs. I don't know about 1.8 though sorry.
